The knife thrust is deflected with a right shield parry.



Left wrist strikes underneath, lifting up.



As arm is lifted left hand grabs opponents wrist.



Turn to the right and slam elbow down on shoulder.



Drive left elbow into ribs.



Pull back on elbow and push on wrist.



Pull elbow to your chest and drive blade into abdomen.



Step back extending arm, left hand in under knife.



Rotate knife clock-wise for removal.
